I introduced the concept of Human Resources to Sri Lanka in the year 2000. Afterwards I supplied manpower to major industrial sectors to fulfill the manufacturing needs of organizations there by creating new opportunities to young men and women in the country and reduced unemployment. When I look back at the long journey that I have come, I find that my organization is in the top order bracket in the manpower field, which I am proud of and consider it as a great achievement. Today my organization had become the number one in the island and has become very popular in providing manpower & marketing. I do not want to stop here as my intention is to grow internationally. My next ambition is to provide manpower & marketing enter the international markets and bring pride to my country. I look forward to be the first and to be the most efficient and effective in the field of supplying man power & marketing to Sri Lanka and the whole world.
